Our company follows a 30 days return policy from the date of delivery of the product. After 30 days, we would not be able to offer any refund or exchange.
The return shipping is free of cost at the moment. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your invoice number and reason for return. The team will check and if eligible for return, you will be provided with a return shipping label.
Please Note: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including the hang tag.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card details again. Contact your financial institution (bank or credit card company) if the refund is not shown. It might take a longer waiting period, as there is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted.

The refund is applicable to the items with regular prices. Items on Sale cannot be refunded.
