Shipping policy

Shipping is possible only in the following countries: Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, and Spain. The shipping fees are as follows:

Germany: Free to 3.85 € 
France: 12.50 €
Italy: 14.35 €
Netherlands: 7.45 €
Poland: 13.20 €
Sweden: 14.25 €
Spain: 22.05 €

Bangladesh: 
Inside Dhaka - ৳100 BDT
Outside Dhaka- ৳150 BDT

Please note: The above-mentioned prices are approximate values. The price can vary depending on the weight of the parcel.

Shipping time depends on the selected type of delivery service at the time of checkout. Normally it takes 2-7 days to reach its recipient. Any type of delay in delivery might be a cause of possible failure in the process. All the updates will be notified via email to the customer.

For customers outside the above-mentioned 8 countries, unfortunately, it is unavailable at this moment. In the future, the company would like to expand all over Europe.
